\nProduction process of white plastering , micronization and molding
\nIn the first step, the quality gypsum stone enters the factory depot after the purity is recognized and approved by the quality control unit. Production begins with the crushing process of the stone, and the gypsum is crushed in a hammer mill or crusher to create a suitable grain. The crushed parts are separated by size and guided to the furnace.
\nThe gypsum is cooked in rotary kilns for approximately 45 minutes at a temperature of approximately 160 \u00b0C.
\nAfter the baking process, the chalk stone goes into the baking tail silo and then into the grinder.
\nAt this stage, the cooked gypsum is softened and powdered by special grinders and re-seeded .
\nAt this time, the crushed chalk stone is divided into two parts. One part of the product is packaged in bags of different sizes, and one part is sent to the market for sale as a white plaster, and the other part is inserted into a device called a depositor or separator.
\nThe function of the depositor is such that, due to its calibration, the chalk grains are returned to a specific size. According to the required granulation, micronized powders with granulation or mesh can be produced using 100-200.
\nMold plastering is one of the types of plaster produced in Semnan’s Razi plaster factory, which uses micronized plaster to produce it.
\nIn this way, in the final stage, by performing the process of adding and adding a special material, it will be transformed into a molding cast.
\nThe higher strength of the product and its finer granulation than construction plaster is one of the reasons for using this product for mold production.
